The chart shall have an odd number of entries at all times. Therefore, a potential new series will be added whenever changes to the chart would otherwise result in an even number of entries. Thus, a potential new series impacted by an omnibus first print publication will regain qualification for inclusion after six years and ten months.
a) If a precedent is set in which a series previously published in omnibus format then joins the Marvel Masterworks Library in a timeframe of less than six years and ten months, all potential new series impacted will re-qualify for inclusion on the chart with the new timeframe.

Thus, a potential new series impacted by an omnibus reprint will regain qualification for inclusion after three years.
