Why is Namor currently in prison ?

I'm reading Giant-Size Fantastic Four ( which is quite good actually - it adds some history to Lemuria and Atlantis which doesn't feel forced or at odds with existing continuity ) and Sue wants some info from Namor but he's in some sort of prison.

Can anyone enlighten me as to what he's there for ?
